Refund policy

Free returns are accepted 14 days after receipt of your online order. You can do this for free using the return label accessed under your account.
Return your parcel and keep the proof of deposit until you are reimbursed.

Items must be unused and resellable condition, in the original packaging with all the tags intact.

Refunds will be made back to the original payment method. Please note, masks, underwear and pyjamas are not eligible for return.
